A week to rebalance yourself

Hello, lovies! How are you today? Did you like my last post? Today, I’m going to talk about feeling good and well on the inside after the holidays. Often, I eat a lot and not the best foods during the holidays. There are way too many temptations and tons of chocolate – and I can absolutely not resist to chocolate! Therefore, I try to eat as healthy and as fresh as I can right after Christmas. I don’t think waiting a week until the new year is the best idea, you have to start right after! So, I’m bringing you a few recipes that I find very useful and helpful to use during this week, to recover from all the extra eating. I’ve tried choosing the ones that are cooked in one pot, and you’ll find many with chickpeas – because I love chickpeas!

I looked for some yuummy recipes from other bloggers, so that I could also help you find new amazing people (that cook this amazingly!). Enjoy and check their recipes by clicking on each photo.
