PB Protein Balls | Cookat Time

Hi, lovies! How are you today? I’m feeling great! The sun is still here and I’ve had a very positive day! And how was your day?

Today, I decided to share another recipe with you! We just tried making them this last Sunday and they’re a hit! They’re so filling and so yummy! They have loads of protein and goodness for you! They’re an incredible snack and I eat them in the afternoon in between classes.

Here’s the recipe:


🌰 1 cup of rolled oats

🌰 1 cup of chocolate chips

🌰 2 cups of peanut butter

🌰 2 tbsp of honey


You mix everything until you can form a ball. And that’s it. So easy, right? Put them in the fridge and eat them throughout the week!

A receita:

🌰 1 caneca de aveia

🌰 1 caneca de pepitas de chocolate

🌰 2 canecas de manteiga de amendoim

🌰 2 colheres de sopa de mel

Misturar tudo numa taça e fazer as bolas. Conservar no frigorífico e ir comendo durante a semana!
